Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager Channel Marketing to lead the Regional Marketing team. You will set regional strategy, allocate resources, and ensure consistent execution across regions to drive business outcomes.

You will coach across Associate to Principal levels, manage budgets, and partner with Sales and Marketing to translate priorities into funded programs. Travel up to 40% to support field needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to set strategy and translate it into measurable priorities and resource decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set Regional Marketing strategy, priorities, objectives, and operating direction in alignment with broader Channel Marketing and business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Marketing team members across Associate, Regional, Senior, and Principal levels; clarify accountability and support career growth.
• Translate business and sales priorities into a balanced portfolio of regional marketing investments, programs, and capacity decisions.
• Establish expectations for dealer/market planning, Growth Development Plans, measurement, budget stewardship, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build senior partnerships with Sales and Marketing leaders to align priorities, resolve escalations, and ensure regional insights inform Channel Marketing decisions.
• Evaluate portfolio results and market signals to refine strategy, priorities, resource allocation, and team practices.
