Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Regional Controller to manage the close, GAAP-compliant accounting, and reporting across off-site locations. You will partner with site leadership to support budgeting, planning, and risk management, driving efficient financial processes and strong internal controls.

You will lead technical accounting efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide cost optimization initiatives while supporting ERP deployments and enterprise transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the full record to report process and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process for off-site locations ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Oversee development and adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve controllership efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with business units on cost optimization and growth initiatives.
• Oversee process standardization and internal control improvements.
• Support financial reporting and audit processes with Corporate/Assistant Controllers.
• Support the current retail management system transition project and ERP-related initiatives.
