Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager Channel Marketing to lead the regional marketing team, define strategy and priorities, and ensure execution across regions. You will partner with Sales and Marketing leaders, allocate resources, coach a multi-level team, and translate business goals into campaigns and programs that drive measurable outcomes.

You will oversee planning and dealer/market initiatives, manage budgets, monitor performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, prioritization, and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to set strategy and translate into measurable team priorities and resource decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Marketing strategy, priorities, and operating direction aligned with Channel Marketing goals.
• Coach and develop Regional Marketing team across levels; clarify accountability and growth.
• Translate priorities into regional investments, programs, and capacity decisions.
• Establish expectations for dealer/market planning, budgets, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build partnerships with Sales and Marketing leaders to align priorities and inform decisions.
• Evaluate portfolio results and adjust strategy, resource allocation, and team practices.
• Plan and oversee Dealer and Market initiatives, investments, and capacity.
• Ensure budget management, progress reporting, and program performance across regions.
• Represent Regional Marketing in cross-functional forums and drive improvements.
