Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Channel Field Marketing Manager (West Region) to scale co-marketing with the channel and partner ecosystem across the Americas. You will drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, partnering with the channel sales team to cover accounts and accelerate deals while ensuring programs meet ROI thresholds.

You will report to the Director of Field Marketing and collaborate with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, and distributors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of channel marketing experience with measurable pipeline contributions.
• Proven track record building co-marketing events with VARs, resellers, or distributors.
• Experience managing MDF budgets and ROI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the channel partner ecosystem in B2B technology and partner incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas channel field marketing strategy to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
• Design joint field programs and manage MDF end-to-end with ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with channel sales, demand gen, and product marketing to coordinate events.
