You will coach and mentor a regional sales team, expand territories, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on volume and profitability goals. Strong outside sales experience and Salesforce familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years in sales or account management with a strong outside sales track record.
• Experience with sales/management platforms; Salesforce strongly preferred.

• Lead a regional sales team using structured planning, objective setting, data-driven insights, and forward projections to hit goals.
• Develop and roll out strategies to unlock new geographies and customer opportunities; accelerate performance in existing markets.
• Execute programs and promotions to meet volume and profit plans; position the portfolio to address customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows and present at sales and regional events.
