Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is a full-service commercial and industrial laundry equipment partner with over 115 years of industry experience. The General Manager will drive top-line revenue, oversee daily operations of the distribution location(s), and lead sales, service, and installation teams.

Based in Woodinville, WA, the role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and strategic go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of work experience in leading teams, sales, and customer/account management with proven track record.
• Hands-on experience managing a P&L to track performance and drive accountability.
• Experience and proven successful track record with sales forecast accuracy.
• Working knowledge of management software programs including QuickBooks and SAP strongly preferred.
• Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s).
• Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports to make data-driven decisions that maximize profitability.
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations, and holding the team accountable to delivering a high-quality experience at every touchpoint with sales, installation, and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the distribution location(s).
• Lead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR, to create a team of high performers that contribute to the success of the collective distribution team.
• Partner with the NA Operations team to support efficient parts and warehouse functions at the distribution location(s).
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
