Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations across distribution locations, driving sales, service, and installation with a data-driven approach. You will partner on go-to-market strategies and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

The role requires 6+ years leading sales and customer management, with P&L experience, SAP/QuickBooks proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of work experience in leading teams, sales, and customer/account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s).
• Partner with the Commercial Regional GM to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations, and ensuring high-quality customer touchpoints across sales, installation, and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement across distribution location(s).
• Lead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR to build a high-performing team.
• Partner with NA Operations to support efficient parts and warehouse functions at the distribution location(s).
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
