Job summary

Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for coin laundry solutions in a designated territory. You will develop strategic plans, acquire new business, and grow revenue by serving laundromats, multi-housing properties, and investors.

The role emphasizes relationship building, industry networking, and close collaboration with service and installation teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial laundry equipment or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding regional sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage accounts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share in the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand coin laundry market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with laundromat owners, property managers, and investors.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to track activity, manage pipeline, and report performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with service, installation, and operations teams for seamless customer support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, financing options, and best practices to educate clients and close deals.
