Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking a General Manager to drive top-line revenue and oversee daily operations at the distribution location in the United States. You will lead sales, service, and installation while partnering with the Commercial Leadership Team on high-impact strategies.

The role requires guiding budgets and P&L, using data-driven approaches to maximize profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
• At least 6 years leading teams, sales, and customer/account management with proven track record of success
• Hands-on experience managing a P&L to track performance and drive accountability; experience with sales forecasting; proficiency with QuickBooks and SAP; MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s)
• Partner with Commercial Leadership Team to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports to make data-driven decisions that maximize profitability
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations, and delivering a high-quality experience at every touchpoint with sales, installation, and service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the distribution location(s)
• Lead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR, to create a team of high performers that contribute to the success of the collective distribution team
• Partner with the NA Operations team to support efficient parts and warehouse functions at the distribution location(s)
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements
