Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in California, El Segundo, seeks a Senior Manager, Client Operations (RC Relations) to lead the Regional Center Relations function, ensuring continuity and accuracy of funding. You will own authorization partnerships, proactive reauthorization, discrepancy resolution, funds recovery, and establish workflows and performance standards to prevent service disruptions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Regional Centers is required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred or considered
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, authorization management, branch operations, or a related field
• 4+ years of people management experience, including team development and performance management
• Experience establishing or significantly redesigning a team, operational process, or function strongly preferred
• Experience working with Regional Centers, government payors, managed care organizations, or similar funding partners strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end reauthorization process with proactive outreach, SLAs, and escalation to prevent expirations and interruptions in client services
• Own authorization discrepancy resolution and funds recovery with Regional Centers, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Center service coordinators, fiscal teams, and leadership as the primary operational contact
• Lead, coach, and develop the RC Relations team, set priorities, workflows, and accountability while supporting hiring and onboarding
• Establish and monitor performance metrics like reauthorization capture, time-to-renewal, discrepancy resolution, and funds recovery with regular reporting
