The Supervisor, Client Operations oversees the daily execution of the Regional Center (RC) Relations team, which is responsible for securing reauthorizations before they expire, resolving authorization discrepancies with Regional Centers, and recovering funds owed.This role leads a team of coordinators and specialists, translating the broader Client Operations strategy into consistent daily execution. The Supervisor manages team priorities and performance, serves as the first point of escalation for complex Regional Center cases, and ensures established service levels, accuracy, and productivity standards are met.
Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:
$65,000—$80,000 USD
