Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a Cardiovascular Sales team in the assigned market. You will recruit, build and coach CSRs, translating national strategy into localized plans and using analytics to uncover opportunities.

You will travel up to 60% while driving account strategy, training, and cross-functional alignment to meet business goals. You must have a life sciences or business degree, 8+ years of pharma sales, and 3+ years of first-line leadership, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience.
• Cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with market access/reimbursement preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to execution with region-specific business plans.
• Analyze market data, trends and KPIs to drive growth.
• Lead a team of CSRs to educate physicians and accounts.
• Oversee territory management and resource allocation.
• Engage key accounts and develop growth strategies.
• Provide field coaching and mentorship to sustain performance.
• Collaborate with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance and medical affairs.
