Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Territory Manager to supervise and optimize day-to-day c-store operations across multiple sites in Wisconsin. You will lead general managers, drive profitability, ensure customer service standards, and maintain store appearance and environmental compliance.

The role requires progressive retail leadership, multi-unit management experience, and strong communication. Travel up to 95% weekly is expected, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible retail experience.
• Experience managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service organizations (3+ years).
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel weekly up to 95%.
• Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of C-store sites
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coaching and following the progressive discipline model for store managers
• Review competitive price surveys daily
• Ensure fuel inventory records are accurate and report variations
• Implement and execute all company promotional initiatives
• Maintain image standards and surveys
• Review and follow environmental, maintenance issues and unusual occurrences
• Ensure monthly promotions are displayed and advertised
• Perform monthly maintenance inspections at each location
• Vendor relations, contract negotiations and promotions
• Act as a liaison between departments and store personnel
• Work with store managers to ensure inventory and cash controls
• Handle escalated customer complaints
• Review store profit and loss reports for accuracy and monitor expenses
• Ownership and accountability for each location's performance, behavior, and presence
