Job summary

Fibre Federal Credit Union seeks a Business Relationship Manager for Newport and Lincoln City, OR. The role focuses on growing business member relationships, promoting lending products, and driving deposits while representing the credit union in the local business community.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related experience in business development, commercial lending, business banking, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, develop referral relationships, and drive measurable growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business development plans for the Southern Oregon Coast region.
• Promote lending products and build relationships with business members and local organizations.
• Coordinate loan onboarding, underwriting handoff, and post-closing follow-up.
