Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; coursework in finance, accounting and real estate analysis.
• Negotiating ability, accuracy, strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); LaserPro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business plan to grow existing relationships and pursue new ones.
• Partner with commercial banking colleagues to deliver credit relationships with guidance.
• Grow and service non-credit needs of commercial clients.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC).
