• 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union.
• Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending.
• 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products.
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and platforms.
• Schedule flexibility including Monday–Saturday availability and specific hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care.
• Open new accounts and guide members through consumer loan applications.
