Job summary

Florida Credit Union is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with small-business members with non-real-estate credit needs.

You will originate, structure, and coordinate non-real-estate commercial credit while coordinating onboarding and portfolio management. The role requires 3+ years in related banking, strong financial statement analysis, and compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Three+ years in business banking, small-business lending, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of business financial statements, tax returns, cash-flow analyses, and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive small business growth by prospecting and building trusted relationships with local business owners.
• Manage full commercial loan life cycle from interview to closing and funding.
• Open and support new business deposit accounts with compliant onboarding.
• Monitor relationships post-closing, manage risk, and ensure covenant/documentation compliance.
