Qualifications

• Four-year business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in business banking or related sales.
• Proven success in field-based business development and outbound prospecting.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of business deposit products and financial services.
• High level of discretion, poise, and diplomacy.
• Growth mindset and solution-oriented.
• Adaptable and open, with honest communication.
• Able to exercise sound judgment and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth through field-based business development.
• Acquire new business relationships, generate accounts, and expand core deposits.
• Spend significant time outside the branch networking, cold calling, community events, and on-site presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline management to meet sales goals.
