Qualifications

Four-year business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Three to five years of experience in business banking or related sales.
Proven success in field-based business development and outbound prospecting.
Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of business deposit products and financial services.
High level of discretion, poise, and diplomacy.
Growth mindset and solution-oriented.
Adaptable and open, with honest communication.
Able to exercise sound judgment and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Drive organic growth through field-based business development.
Acquire new business relationships, generate accounts, and expand core deposits.
