Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership responsibility.
• Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and create accountability for results.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree in engineering and PE license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional performance through delivery, client service, and financial results.
• Lead strategy, growth, and regional execution aligned with the company plan.
• Guide pursuits, proposals, and project scopes with budgeting and metrics.
• Develop key client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Recruit, develop, and retain regional talent; manage succession planning.
• Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation across regions.
• Drive strategic growth and align regional plans with corporate strategy.
