SJE is seeking a Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation to drive growth for the ECS division in New England, including New Hampshire. You will lead a robust pipeline, engage OEMs and EPCs, and ensure margin performance at order entry.

The role requires a strong technical foundation and consultative selling skills with travel across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position SJE for long-term success, forecasting, and strategic account execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent controls/automation background.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and power systems.
• Experience with consultative selling and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by managing opportunities and accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans and forecasts for ECS brands.
• Engage OEMs, EPC firms, and end users to build a robust sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
