Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Industrial to lead customer relationships and develop new business across the Northeast, including New England. You will drive aftermarket growth, coordinate with engineering and project teams, and support bids and marketing activities.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in industrial equipment sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong CRM/ERP skills. This role requires significant travel and a proactive, self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu.
• 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment.
• Direct experience with rotary screw compressors and positive displacement blowers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calls on end-user customers, engineering firms and OEMs to influence purchases.
• Develops new customers in Northeast and identifies new applications.
• Manages and grows aftermarket business within territory.
• Maintains key account relationships and navigates decision makers.
• Prepares quotations, bid submissions and supports pre-bid activities.
• Delivers presentations and supports regional/national marketing efforts.
• Supports order processing and customer follow-up during execution.
• Collaborates with Project Sales Manager and Reliability Engineer on projects.
