Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Business Development Specialist to design and lead sales and marketing plans in the Houston area. You will drive census growth by coordinating strategy with leadership, marketing, and clinical teams.

The role requires 3 years of Home Health experience, ability to analyze markets, and strong communication. You’ll partner with referrals from acute care and physician practices to expand the region’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Home Health experience implementing successful business development strategies.
• Thorough understanding of Home Health and Long Term Care markets and referral sources.
• History of successful sales training of internal and external staff.
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding admission goals.
• Ability to identify market needs and trends.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Some college education in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team to develop, manage, and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.
• Maintain census goals and quality mix by influencing the Business Development team.
• Spearhead initiatives that grow market share and regional growth.
• Develop strategic relationships with referral sources in acute care, physician practices, and other settings.
• Analyze demographics to maximize development approaches.
• Evaluate marketing collateral and campaigns for relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist in recruiting and coaching local sales talent.
• Collaborate with community leaders for ongoing training and development.
