Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Business Development Specialist to design and execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned region, aiming to meet or exceed census targets. You will work with referral sources, physicians, and leaders to grow market share and build strategic partnerships.

You will lead advertising campaigns, evaluate collateral, and coordinate ongoing training for the sales team while aligning with community leaders on workforce development and data-driven

Qualifications

• 3 years of Home Health experience implementing successful business development strategies in local markets.
• History of successful sales training of internal and external business development staff.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed admission goals.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve census goals in the assigned area.
• Maintain census goals and quality mix by guiding the Business Development team.
• Develop relationships with referral sources including acute care settings and physician practices.
• Analyze demographics to maximize market development efforts.
• Oversee advertising, PR opportunities, and marketing plans to build new relationships.
