You will build partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community organizations, and promote home health services through sales calls, presentations, and educational programs.

The role emphasizes strategic marketing, market expansion collaboration with leadership, and robust referral-to-admission processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving admission and census growth goals.
• Strong understanding of home health services and post-acute care.
• Experience developing sales and marketing strategies within an assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/lead-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and healthcare marketing plans to support referral growth and census objectives.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and educational programs to promote home health services.
• Identify and pursue referral opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow patient census and referral activity aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with marketing materials, campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of business development personnel when assigned.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to facilitate referrals and improve conversion outcomes.
• Monitor referral pipelines and performance metrics; report market activity and trends.
