Job summary

The Home Health Business Development Specialist at Cantex drives growth by expanding referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community partners. You will lead strategic marketing efforts, conduct presentations, and manage referral pipelines to improve census and admissions in the assigned Texas territory.

Collaborate with clinical and operations teams, report market activity, and mentor BD staff as needed, while maintaining professional relationships across healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed admission and census growth goals.
• Strong understanding of home health services and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and healthcare marketing plans for referral growth.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and educational programs to promote home health services.
• Identify and pursue referral opportunities and market growth in the assigned territory.
• Maintain patient census and referral activity in alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion strategies.
