Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Home Health Business Development Specialist to drive referral growth and strategic marketing within the home health industry in Texas. The role builds partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community organizations to support census growth and improve referral-to-admission conversion.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, conduct sales calls and educational programs, monitor referral pipelines, and assist with marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding admission and census growth goals.
• Strong understanding of home health services, post-acute care, and referral sources.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and healthcare marketing plans that support referral growth and patient census objectives.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, educational programs, and in-service meetings to promote home health services.
• Identify and pursue referral opportunities, market trends, and business growth initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow patient census and referral activity in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion strategies and business development initiatives.
