Alliance Technical Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow revenues in southern California and surrounding territories. You will identify and close new business, cultivate relationships with clients and partners, and represent the company at trade shows.

A technical background and CRM experience are preferred, with a drive to achieve sales goals. The role offers a starting base salary of $110K-$120K per year, plus a generous performance bonus and uncapped commission, with

Competenze

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Science or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in direct sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or environmental/field services sales.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: strong customer service, self-starter, clear communication, attention to detail, valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

Identify, pursue, and close new clients who meet Alliance's prospect profiles.
Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
Attend local, regional, industry-specific and national trade shows to build brand awareness.
Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services, and quality; communicate differentiation.
