Owens Corning is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead builder demand creation and expand channel availability across the Upper Midwest. The role focuses on building a qualified pipeline with residential builders, supporting product trials, and partnering with distributors and marketing teams to drive sustained adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least five years in direct customer-facing sales, business development, or marketing.
• Demonstrated experience selling to residential builders and creating pull-through demand.
• Working knowledge of residential construction means and methods.
• Experience with building materials channels and customers, including residential contractors and distributors.
• Ability to travel up to two to three overnight trips per week.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and prioritizes high-potential residential builders and projects, applying knowledge of the North American residential construction market, distribution channels, and codes to develop regional business.
• Develops and maintains a qualified pipeline with CRM data and forecasts, to drive builder conversion and pull-through demand.
• Works through current two-step distributors, local lumber dealers, and specialty distributors, establishing new channel relationships to improve availability and activation.
• Applies knowledge of residential construction means and methods to engage builders and position EZ Sheath in wall assemblies.
• Partners with national/regional builder pilot programs to support buildouts and convert pilots into scaled adoption across projects.
