Job summary

Owens Corning seeks a Builder Sales Manager for the West Region to lead strategy and efforts to grow the builder network and drive profit, revenue, and growth across the Owens Corning product portfolio. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, program execution, and incremental pull-through with builder accounts.

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Home Builder Strategy, you will manage builder relationships, forecast regional revenue, and collaborate with corporate teams to implement promotions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in building products or related industries.
• Direct experience with home builders is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
• Demonstrated outside sales success and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, market share, and profitability goals in targeted geographies and segments.
• Manage builder relationships and programs for the region; activate targeted programs with corporate teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel and contractor partners to drive loyalty and alignment.
• Forecast regional revenue and manage annual business planning with partners.
• Represent Owens Corning brands at trade shows and events.
• Manage the regional expense budget.
