Owens Corning is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager-EZ Sheath in Denver, CO. You will drive builder demand, expand channel availability, and deliver profitable revenue growth across Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico, partnering with distributors, dealers, Marketing and Technical teams.

This remote role requires 5+ years selling to residential builders, knowledge of building materials channels, and the ability to translate market insights into regional action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least five years in direct customer-facing sales, business development, or marketing.
• Experience selling to residential builders and creating pull-through demand.
• Working knowledge of residential construction means and methods.
• Experience with building materials channels and customers.
• Ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines in changing markets.
• Willingness to travel up to two to three overnight trips per week.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and prioritizes high-potential residential builders and projects to develop regional business.
• Maintains a qualified Colorado pipeline with CRM data and forecasts to drive conversion.
• Builds channel relationships with current distributors and new ones to improve availability and velocity.
• Applies knowledge of residential construction means to engage builders and position EZ Sheath.
• Partners with pilot programs to expand adoption across projects and builder segments.
• Executes brand, channel, and commercial programs with Owens Corning partners.
• Equips distributors to generate interest, advance opportunities, and close business.
• Tracks pilot outcomes and converts trials into sustained demand.
