Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks a Business Unit Manager for the Pacific Northwest, located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. You will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team across sales and operations to deliver profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong financial acumen, market development experience, and the ability to align customer needs with operational execution. Travel up to 25% may be involved, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience in laboratory testing or environmental services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset and full accountability for sales, operations, profitability, people, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the full P&L, including revenue, profitability, labor, operating expenses, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive commercial growth: sales strategy, new business development, customer retention and pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders while ensuring commitments are met.
