Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) for the Pacific Northwest, location in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. You will lead the business unit with full P&L ownership, drive profitability, and oversee sales, operations, and customer satisfaction across the region.

The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with corporate teams, customers, and regulators to ensure excellence and growth in a dynamic testing services environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to own full P&L, revenue growth, and budgeting.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a lab or service setting.
• Strong strategic sales and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pacific Northwest business unit with accountability for sales, operations, and profitability.
• Own revenue, profitability, labor, operating expenses, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive commercial growth, pricing, proposals, and new market development.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team; ensure staffing and training.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory policies.
