Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks a seasoned Business Unit Manager for the Pacific Northwest, located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. You will own revenue, profitability, and operations, while leading a high-performing team and driving growth across the lab services portfolio.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, customer development, and ensuring delivery against budgets, with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred for leadership and strategy roles.
• Proven track record in P&L management and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit with accountability for sales, operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Own full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditures.
• Drive commercial growth: sales strategy, proposals, pricing, and market development.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Drive operational excellence, quality, and cost control across lab activities.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team with clear accountability.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory policies.
