Job summary

Greenlight Networks is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across MDU/MTE and SMC segments, particularly in new markets in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. You will promote broadband and related services to developers, owners, property managers, and commercial customers, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

Build and maintain relationships with HOAs, chambers of commerce, builders, and commercial decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field sales experience; preferred in commercial real estate, construction, broadband, cable, or telecom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue and close new SMC/MDU opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and generate new MTE/MDU and SMC sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in MDU and SMC segments.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM activity; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
