Job summary

Upward Broadband in Lancaster, PA, seeks a proactive Director of Sales to build a coordinated outside sales strategy, coach the inside team, and drive utilization of our network towers. You will partner with marketing to align go-to-market efforts and lead GTM initiatives for new market segments and product launches.

The role requires strategic startup thinking, proven sales leadership in tech/ISP sectors, and a passion for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience in B2C/B2B tech/telecom/ISP.
• Strong sales mindset with growth focus and competitive drive.
• Strategic thinker who leverages assets to unlock new market opportunities.
• Excellent coaching and talent development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales bottlenecks and implement coordinated outside sales strategies.
• Direct inside and outside sales teams to maximize impact and align with goals.
• Partner with marketing to ensure cohesive GTM messaging and growth.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new markets and product launches.
