Sazerac Company in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a Brand Portfolio Manager – South America to drive growth across Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, focusing on Fireball, Buffalo Trace, and BuzzBallz. Own end-to-end regional branding, commercialization planning, and in-market execution.

You will partner with distributors, Global Brand teams, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and regional leadership to translate global strategies into locally relevant plans that boost distribution and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of brand management, commercial marketing, or portfolio management experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
• Strong commercial, analytical, financial, budgeting, and marketing skills; advanced Office proficiency.
• Proven project management and cross-functional commercialization skills across multiple brands and markets.
• Experience managing agencies, distributors, customers, and marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand strategies and in-market execution across South America.
• Localize global marketing tool kits and strategies to fit regional needs.
• Oversee agency partnerships and collaboration with global distributors for creative, packaging, and media.
• Support process to concept, plan, develop, launch and execute new products across markets within budget and on time.
