Job summary

You will train staff, perform SOP audits, and align on budgets, KPIs, and growth strategies with senior leadership. A strong background in branch operations and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting multiple locations preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop leaders.
• 5+ years in branch retail sales or branch/production operations.
• Experience with logistics, HAZMAT, and DOT preferred.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity with sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple retail branches to drive sales and operations.
• oversee safety, compliance, and SOP adherence across locations.
• Partner with sales teams to execute strategies for growth.
• Develop pricing guidelines and market strategies.
• Collaborate with branch managers and AVPs on performance.
• Conduct operational audits and staff training.
