Job summary

You will drive retail sales growth, oversee local distribution, and act as a resource to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence in the field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ideally, you bring experience supporting multiple locations.
• 5+ years of growing experience in branch retail sales or branch/production operations.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with logistics, HAZMAT, and DOT preferred.
• Analytical skills and familiarity with key metrics used by sales and branches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support branch managers across locations.
• Advance retail sales and oversee local distribution operations.
• Lead audits of SOPs and safety/compliance programs.
• Collaborate on budgeting, P&L oversight, and KPI tracking.
• Build alignment across distribution and retail functions to improve service and safety.
