Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L management and KPI use.
• Leadership experience with team development and coaching.
• Experience with inventory management and vendor relationships.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Nurture inventory levels and balance expenses through purchasing decisions.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training for inside sales associates on product knowledge and policies.
• Support outside sales team in nurturing client relationships and acquiring new business.
• Perform daily processing of financial transactions and reporting (cash, tickets, pricing, and deposits).
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff in collaboration with HR and management.
