• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 125 lbs with assistive equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Self-motivated with focus on team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver customer service, manage inventory and expenses.
• Lead training for inside sales associates on product knowledge and safety; conduct performance reviews.
