Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads, coaches, and develops Branch Managers and branch leadership teams within an assigned region.
• Oversees branch performance including Member experience, sales production, and financial results.
• Ensures consistent service delivery and execution of Credit Union initiatives across branches.
• Partners with Branch Managers to set performance goals and implement action plans.
• Conducts regular branch visits to elevate operations, engagement, and compliance.
