Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field required.
• Three years of applicable experience with at least two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience supervising staff and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC and regulatory compliance in banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ensure branch operations are secure and compliant with policies.
