Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years in branch management.
• Experience in business-to-business sales and sales management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15-17 retail branch locations within an assigned region.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers to drive performance.
• Lead efforts to grow deposits and client base across branches.
• Monitor sales metrics and take action to improve results.
• Recruit, hire and develop branch staff; establish succession plans.
• Ensure CRA obligations are met and region aligns with corporate goals.
