Hiab USA is seeking a detail-oriented customer service and invoicing professional to support Hiab Services. You will maintain daily invoicing, process purchase orders, and collaborate with service leads to prepare orders for invoicing.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service,Accounts Payable experience with Basware, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. The position emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and strong communication within a dynamic team.

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years customer service experience.
Accounts Payable (Basware)
SAP experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to details with strong data entry skills
Process-oriented and able to multi-task

Mansioni

Maintain daily invoicing in line with relevant customer requirements, and investigate billing issues, process credits and rebills
Process expense reports for technicians in area of responsibility
Open, receive, and process purchase orders with Store@Hiab
Collaborate with Service Team Leads on open orders and PMs in preparation for invoicing
Request equipment adds & partner function updates as necessary to support the service business in assigned region
Provide support in responding to customer surveys in Salesforce
