Job summary

KONE is seeking a Business Service Agent to manage invoicing and billing for customer accounts. The role partners with Key Account Managers to ensure timely and compliant submission of invoices and billing documents across assigned accounts.

Required qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent and 2+ years in high-volume billing, plus strong Microsoft Office and SAP familiarity. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in a high-volume billing role.
• Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing in compliance with laws, policies, procedures and contracts.
• Own production and submission of key and non-key account invoices to customers.
• Coordinate with branches and account managers to meet invoicing requirements.
• Serve as SME for service billing and maintain billing documents for all accounts.
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation and resolve invoice questions.
• Partner with Americas KONE Business Services and key account sales teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
