Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage DSD sales in the Grocery/C-Store channel across Northern California and surrounding areas. You will drive distribution, execute strategic plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet retailer objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of national/regional account sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% to support events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years sales experience managing national and/or regional accounts in packaged goods.
• Ability to negotiate complex non-commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present clearly.
• Strong project and people management, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving.
• Highly organized with a collaborative, growth-minded approach.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel to sales events, broker meetings, and trade shows.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proof of Vehicle Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer sales strategies and account plans to achieve volume and promotional objectives.
• Analyze data to forecast volume and support budget planning.
• Prepare customer presentations with cross-functional teams across supply chain, category management, and finance.
• Manage trade budgets and conduct monthly volume reviews with management.
• Collaborate across multiple KDP teams to align selling activities and strategic goals.
