Job summary

Total Extended Care Services in Tennessee is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to lead regional growth across SNFs and post-acute care settings. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and present TECS services to administrators and clinical leaders.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare business development background, experience with therapy or rehabilitation teams, and is comfortable traveling throughout Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SNF or post-acute care.
• Healthcare experience in therapy, rehabilitation, or a clinical environment is required.
• Experience in healthcare business development, sales, outreach, marketing, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development strategies to expand TECS in post-acute care.
• Build relationships with SNF admins, clinical leadership, therapy teams, physicians, and partners.
• Identify new opportunities and develop referral and partnership networks.
• Conduct facility visits, networking, and community outreach.
• Present TECS services to small groups and facility leadership.
• Travel regularly throughout Tennessee and occasional out-of-state travel.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership to support partnerships.
• Track leads, partnerships, and results; provide regular regional updates.
