Job summary

Prestige Healthcare, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, seeks a Regional Director of Business Development for West Tennessee to drive revenue strategies across about 6 centers and travel within the region.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams, mentor admissions staff, and develop strategic partnerships with health systems and CMS. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in long-term care are required; 10+ years in health care preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; MA/MHA/MBA preferred.
5 years of experience in long-term care; 10 years in health care overall.
Leadership experience with strategic planning and management.
Willingness to travel across West Tennessee market.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in business development and new ventures.
Identify and cultivate relationships with health systems, ACOs, IPAs, HMOs, CMS and other agencies.
Develop strategic plans with Senior Management and assist in implementation.
Design budgets and bonus plans; oversee the business development team.
Assess risk-sharing opportunities with providers in bundled payments or ACOs.
Design cluster market strategies for MSAs.
Meet with C-level executives to develop BD strategies.
Attend networking and educational meetings and seminars.
Evaluate technology needs to meet strategic goals.
Identify and help secure HMO contracts; communicate progress weekly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
