Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably healthcare.
• Experience building partnerships in post-acute/physician services.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities in post-acute care.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Clinical Leadership to align opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and manage travel as needed.
