Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive individual and team sales plans to identify and close new opportunities.
• Adhere to the established sales process and manage CRM tools like Pipedrive.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to design and price tailored solutions.
• Ensure seamless handoff from sales to Customer Success for project delivery.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to position Promera effectively.
• Lead and coach a team of BDMs within a region.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review performance and coach.
• Align regional activities with company objectives and drive high performance.
• Serve as liaison between regional AMs, VP, and Sales leadership for market insights.
• Monitor KPIs such as bookings, revenue, close ratio, and average deal size.
